Our Scanning Experience

Your session will take place in studio where you’ll be welcomed into a relaxed and comfortable space. We can arrange the session in your home depending on the location.

During your appointment:

• We will explore a few different poses together
• You will choose the pose you love most for your sculpture
• The scanning process takes approximately 10–15 minutes but allow the appointment to take 45 minutes
• You will be able to see your 3D image appear live on screen as the scan is captured

While scanning, you will need to remain relatively still so the scanner can accurately capture your form.

The scanner uses safe structured light similar to a camera flash. It’s non-invasive and radiation free, making it completely safe for both you and your baby.

Eye masks are available if you prefer not to see the flashing lights.

What to Wear

You may choose the style that feels most beautiful and comfortable for you.

We suggest posing nude as the goal is to highlight the natural shape of your belly and body in a way that feels elegant and empowering.

We do offer seamless disposable underwear but recommend you bring your own pair for comfort.

The Sculpture Creation Process

Once your scan is completed, your sculpture begins a detailed multi-step creation process:

1. Digital sculpting and editing of your scan

2. High resolution 3D printing to create a detailed mold

3. Mold preparation and finishing

4. Professional metal casting

5. Final polishing and finishing

Because each sculpture is handcrafted, you can expect to receive you sculpture approximately 6-8 weeks from your scanning appointment.
